Recommend it for family with children
The owner was gracious. The highlight for me? Our room was ready, stocked with snacks and that fantastic binder listing all the attractions nearby-a lifesaver for planning our adventures in the area. The closeable skylights in the shower let us enjoy the stars at night, a little detail.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the experience, it felt worth it.

Charming, clean environment with spacious bathrooms that actually have wash cloths-rare in Europe. Enjoyed the well-kept rooms, especially the great shower and closeable skylights for stargazing at night.
Had some noise in the hallway from other guests, which interrupted the quiet. Breakfast could improve. The hash browns were just standard, pre-made fast food quality, not what I expected.

Loved the amazing ocean views from our room. Karen's hospitality stood out. She. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, with a variety of options that kept us satisfied. The gardens were beautifully maintained. The room was impeccably clean and had all the essentials, like tea and coffee-making facilities. The only tiny issue was the lack of body wash in the bathroom, which seemed surprising given the extensive range of amenities provided. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay that we would happily repeat!

From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed a cozy room with an amazing ocean view and loved the hearty breakfast that set us up for the day. There’s a lovely garden area for relaxing and a quiet leisure room if you want to unwind. Just a tiny hiccup was the lack of firewood for an outdoor bonfire we missed out on, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful stay! 🌊
